When will I get my order?

If the item that you would like to purchase is marked "in stock", it will be shipped to you immediately via USPS "Priority Mail". This usually takes 2-3 days for you to receive. All other items should be received within 5-10 business days.

What about shipping costs?

For USA customers:
Any customer whose order is $50.00 or more will receive "free shipping" via "Priority Mail". Priority Mail will be used unless you have designated another preference in the "special instructions" box. The customer will pay for "Express Mail". When Intimate Moods ships your order, you will be emailed the postal confirmation numbers so you will be able to track your order. For most of the U.S. orders are received within 2-3 days. Cost $5.00 (Priority Mail). $16.00 up to 2 lbs (Express Mail)

For International customers:
If you select to use "air mail". This is available to any country on the globe. Intimate Moods always insures your package. On the average a delivery reaches the "Customs Office" in 7-10 days. However, Customs can take several days (or weeks) to process your order at the border. Cost: USD-$15.00

If you select "Global Priority". This is available in 33 countries. Usually the delivery time is 4-7 days. This has been a good mailing option because it seems that your package goes through Customs faster. Cost: USD-$18.00

What do you do with the information that is needed for the order form?

Intimate Moods respects our privacy. We will not sell, rent, or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party. Any information that is provided by the customer to Intimate Moods will be held with the utmost care and security.

Intimate Moods will not collect any personal information about individuals except when an individual knowingly provides the information.

What about billing?

Your account will not be charged until the day of shipping. If several items were ordered and one of the items is on backorder, the charge will only be for the items sent. On backorders, you will only pay for shipping the first time your order is sent. All other mailing, Intimate Moods will pay the shipping!

Will my package be delivered discreetly?

YES! When your order is ready to be shipped, Intimate Moods will use a USPS "Priority Box". The return address will be:

Is it safe to use my credit card?

It is VERY SAFE to use your credit card with Intimate Moods.Our servers use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which is an advanced technology that safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.

How do I return something?

Intimate Moods has a 3 day return policy. When your order arrives, immediately open your package and verify your order. If a return is necessary, please email Intimate Moods and get a return authorization number. All returns must be accompanied with the original receipt (enclosed with your order).

Returned apparel will be accepted on if the returned items are clean, unworn, and with the tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping, handling and any insurance fees.It is best to get "postal confirmation", so both parties are able to determine that the returned it me was received by Intimate Moods.

How can I pay for my order?

Intimate Moods accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Allow 10 additional shipping days if paying by a personal check.

Do I have to use your on-line ordering procedure?

NO! If you prefer not to order on-line, you can fax your order to us, phone it in, e-mail it to us, or print out the order form and mail it to Intimate Moods. Do your shopping and click on "buy now on the items that you want to purchase. When you are done shopping, go to "check-out" and fill out the information in the order form, then print the order for page. Now you have all of the information that is needed in front of you.
